REOPENING WITH NEW COVID REGULATIONS
Salon Laura Michaels is elated to be reopening soon! Here are a few things to keep in mind as we open our doors during this ‘new normal’.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
• If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment and stay home.
• When you arrive, please park, wait in your car, and call the salon to let us know you have arrived. We will either tell you to come in at that time or may ask you to wait in your car for longer in order to adhere to safe social distancing practices. If you do not have a cell phone, please call before leaving home and let us know your estimated time of arrival. 
• When you enter the salon, wearing a mask is mandatory. Please bring your own mask. 
• Upon entering the salon, your temperature will be taken with a touchless thermometer. Anyone with a fever will not be permitted into the salon and will to need to call to reschedule their appointment. 
• As always, gratuity is welcome. If you prefer to tip in cash, please prepare it at home and bring it to your stylist in a sealed envelope with his/her name on it. 
• If you have any questions or concerns about your upcoming appointment, please call the salon and we will be happy to assist you.

WHAT WE ARE DOING
Massachusetts salons and stylists are regulated by the Board of Cosmetology and Division of Professional Licensure. We are licensed professionals who are educated about and practice professional grade sanitation daily. Even prior to the COVID pandemic, there are strict sanitation guidelines our industry always has to adhere to in order to best protect consumers. We are additionally following all new protocols set forth by the state and/or federal government in specific regard to the COVID pandemic and will continue to adapt our practices as these protocols continually change.
